My dog is great except....

Many times I get called out to help with a dog who is absolutely great... except for this one thing.

The pooch might:

  • Attack other dogs when they play together
  • Bark uncontrollably when men come into the house
  • Lose their marbles if someone has a ball or stick or any type of food.
  • Not like little dogs
  • Not come when called
  • ... insert behaviour challenge

People try and try, but they just can't fix this ONE thing!

Usually, the reason nothing seems to work, no matter how hard they try, is that the problem they see is a symptom of a foundation problem.

There can be lots of holes in foundation skills, but unless that manifests into a bigger problem for that particular family, it's no big deal. I put A LOT of foundations skills on my personal dogs to prevent those bigger problems down the road, plus I love dog training and I'm kinda geeky about it.

When I work with your dog, I can pinpoint both the challenge and the skills we need to strengthen to fix it.

Common gaps I see in foundation skills include:

  • Confidence – Feeling optimistic and willing to try
  • Resiliency – Bouncing back from setbacks
  • Self-Control – Pausing and thinking before acting
  • Problem-Solving Skills – Figuring things out independently
  • Frustration Tolerance – Handling challenges without stress
  • Relationship and Bonding – Connecting through play and trust
  • Arousal Management – Calming down when excited

Can’t join live? Don’t worry, you’ll get the recording!

If your dog is struggling, it's not your fault. The dogs of today are often unlike dogs from years ago who would just seamlessly fit into a family's daily life as long as they got regular walks.

In this webinar, we will talk about why some dogs need... different. Not necessarily more, but different things than you might think they need.

🤔 Understand why your dog struggles so much to do 'normal dog' stuff.

💡 Learn what your dog needs in order to succeed

Come with your questions, or email me your questions ahead of time if you are not able to make it live.

✅ Perfect for puppies, adult dogs, and reactive dogs

✅ Short, fun games you can weave into daily life

P.S. If you’re looking for deeper support and training with a clear plan after the webinar, enrollment for my brand new Dream Dog program will open during the webinar.

Hey friend, I had a visitor this week—a nine-week-old working line Aussie named Gator. She came over for a few hours of socialization, and we packed a lot of learning into some very short play sessions. I started some patterns and structure for self control and arousal management without doing obedience drills. A few highlights: Toy trading — Prevent keep-away games and resource guarding before they start, and build a foundation for recall away from dogs and prey animals. Sit for the toy —...
